Predator hunter killed in Lunenburg County Va. Monday night

šŸ˜„ Human eyes don't reflect back from light. Unless you're a vampire.

These hunters shot at two "eyes" reflecting back that were actually the reflection from binocular lenses.

Not entirely true. My mom had eye surgery years ago, and had lenses put in her eyes. Her eyes would reflect light and at certain angles it looked like her eyes would glow like a demon dog! It was cool and creepy at the same time!

Human eyes do reflect. Some cameras used to have a red light in the front or the flash would blink a few times before the picture to try to constrict your pupils to reduce eye shine. I cant remember ever seeing this with a flashlight out in the dark but it did happen with flash in photos.

No, they don't, surgery not withstanding. I don't doubt she surgical procedure can cause eyeshine, but humans have none. I've looked at a whole bunch of humans at night. Under lights, NV, and thermal.

Listen dude, go back and read the very first comment I made on this topic. It explains simply why humans have red eyes in some photographic methods. I'm not sure why you keep posting pictures of people with red eyes like it proves your point. That isn't eyeshine. Humans don't have eyeshine. This isn't even debatable, unless you don't know what eyeshine is.

Dude, I said human eyes can glow in photos with flash. You said it couldnt. I just proved you wrong, that is reflected light, tapetum or not.

I havent tested with IR and NVG in a humans eyes. If a camera flash can cause reflection I would assume an IR will also, and that look like plenty for NVG to pick up.
