ATF Form 4 Wait Times.

Being on a fairly tight budget, sometimes its hard to turn loose of that much money for a suppressor. Seems I save some back and something pops up and what I had saved goes elsewhere. Sometimes its a new rifle that I probably didn't really need but we all know about "need". LOL Not making excuses but I'm not a youngin' anymore either. I know my days are numbered and my family is going to have a hard enough time with the stuff I have gathered through the years and dealing with a suppressor just adds to the confusion.
You spend more money on spur of the moment gun purchases than anyone I know. Not poking fun at ya, just a little jelly. Haha
Take 2 or maybe 3 of those non-necessary purchases any you'd have a can already.

LOL, you know me to well. I am a spur of the moment type for sure. And........I have a safe full of "non-necessary" items. But they're fun!! Seems as though everytime I say I'm gonna thin the herd my herd gets bigger. I could shoot a different rifle everyday for weeks. Something for all occasions. But.......not a single AR. Been thinking I might need one of those to but I seem to be able to pass them up pretty easily. Bolts rifles, lever guns and single shots, no so easy.

Now here's the honest truth. I'm no spring chicken as most of you know. I watch wives of friends trying to sell off their deceased husbands firearms and the hassle they go through. My collected firearms and "stuff" are going to be hard enough for her to sell without adding a suppressor to the mess. I did go last week to buy a suppressor but they sere sold out of the one I wanted and couldn't even order me one. I went to another store and saw one I liked but started talking to the sales person and he told me what I needed to do. It all sounded like a huge PITA just to buy it and then I got to thinking how much hassle it would be for her to get rid of it. After all that I just said maybe I really don't "need" one as bad as I thought I did. Granted I would like to have one but she doesn't need more problems that we/she already has. So, I decided I'll just stick to things (firearms) that can be sold without a lot of trouble for her. And that's the truth.

Bought a Sparrow a few weeks ago and it took less than 24 hours for approval. So, I bought another one in 30 cal and so far its at 10 days.
