ATF Form 4 Wait Times.

Got a message from the shop today that form 4 is ready to certify, so looks like 8 days on the form 3 to be processed by Silencer Shop.
 
Finalized last of the paperwork…now we wait again…I feel like this has actually gone rather quickly. Had the suppressor not been on back order for so long I feel like I’d be done by now.

Planning to get one for Rimfire next, so that should go much faster since everything is in place now with my account etc.
 
Update…got approval email, going to pick up tomorrow morning as shop is closed today.
Took 2 days assuming shutdown down for thanksgiving, Saturday and Sunday.

Dumb question....Who does the email come from, ATF? I keep searching my junk mail but still nothing. I'm getting close to 3 months now. First one was 11 months, but I keep hearing/reading of a ton of guys getting them in a month or less. It's been about 5 years since I got one and can't remember what the email looked like.

Mine came from e.forms.notification
So yes from atf, but via a middleman, goes to your dealer and you.
 
I Submitted Form 4 Single shot trust on 12-17-2024 and I just got the Email approved today 12-31-2024. My last one through Silencer Central took 9 months. I hope this is the new standard. I went through Silencer shop on this one.
 
Wait time 100 days ...just got my Raptor 10 ring with 5" reflex
after a 7 month wait for AB to build and deliver it ....

It was all wrong .....and they wanna charge me 50 dollars to fix their mistake
and mail everything back .....after that wait !!

There ya go ...you're like me ...I was climbing the walls waiting for my Raptor to get here ....NOw it shows and it's wrong and the temps are so cold I'm not even going out there ....

All Stamped 10-23-2014 out of the ATF's office.

My latest Form 4 (not a Trust) to get approved was a customer.
Dated 4-24-2014 out of my office.
Stamped 2-18-2015 from the ATF

It is however speeding up!
