Yep.

This herd of Eland has 4 or 5 young bulls left of center (grouped to left of the grey bull facing right) and some lesser bulls scattered amongst mostly cows and calves.

The cows and younger bulls are all tan, but as the bulls age they begin to turn more gray w/age.

Mature bulls are darker gray

The redder the "crown" the older the bull
