What’s your go to predator rifle?

223 wylde, 8 twist. Shooting 77tmks. Shoots 62tgks just as well. Havent shot anything other than steel and paper with the tmk yet but the tgk have taken a lion and a bunch of coyotes with no runners.

All great calibers and that’s something I’ve never done is bust one with a shotgun. Hope to do it one day.

My first coyote was with a shotgun. Dog ran it out of a corn field while hunting pheasant and kaboom. Had to take a double take as I thought it was my dog at first.

I’ve kinda become partial to my Tikka 223. Killed a lot of crap with that thing and it just keeps on going.

I use a Rem 7 .223 with 4x Leupold in timbered country, a Ruger 77 22-250 with a 3x-9x Leupold in open country. Coyotes or wolf don't do well with either.
