A lot of approvals are happening here recently and even faster than what mine was.

Fast approvals happen when the business you buy from goes out of business. Those claims get moved to the front of the line.

How can you tell when local sheriff get it?
I honestly didnt know they did have a say in it

They just notify the Sheriff you are getting. The Sheriff does not deny or approve.

I just got approved. Paperwork filed 9/11/23 approved today 2/29/24.

My buddy just had two cans approved in 4 days. I wouldn’t believe it if it wasn’t him telling me and showed me a pic of the tax stamp

some of you may not have heard this but the atf shut down E forms and is no longer doing them... this is why you are seeing these fast approvals

Submitted 3-31-23. Ended up emailing fbi liason. Did that Monday. Reply Thursday and approved a few hours later.2-29-24

They are not shut down. It was a temp thing and is back up

I just got approval letter from ATF. Applied 9-16-23. Approved 3-14-24

I certified by efile at scheels on 3/8/24 and just got the approval today 3/14/24. I’m half tempted to go buy another one to cash in on these quick approvals.

I’ve heard the same thing on Scheels…turn arounds in a week or so. I had one submitted 2-1-24 from Silencer Central and haven’t heard back yet.

When I picked up mine last week at Rnage USA (they use Silencer Central). He told me that when you submit your eform 4, it gets sent out all across the country to every ATF background check location. Which ever location happens to grab it first and how backed up they are depends on how long you wait. Some locations are quicker. I don't know if that's 100% how it works, just what he told me. I was just happy to get mine.
