14.6 degrees horizontal fov if I'm reading that right. I'm so used to the wider fov of the old quantum and the flir scion and am surprised the industry offerings are narrower fov. I don't hunt wide open areas which is why that wide fov is handy.I use helion xp28's but I've been researching the best big fov handheld recently. I think the Axion xg30 looks pretty good or am I missing something?
Is the iray finder the equivalent monocular/core/ image quality to the iray micro? I'm thinking less expensive since it's not a multi role device yet still have the same fov & image quality.Since last years post, I sold the Phenom & bought the Iray Micro 640 RH25 due to it's 17.5 degree FOV & 1.3X.
So much easier to not have to frantically scan when in tight quarters.
The new V2 was not out yet when I bought mine, which Skinney speaks highly of.

I can't answer that, as I've not looked through a finder. The specs say so, but I'm not sure if it carries over in real life.Is the iray finder the equivalent monocular/core/ image quality to the iray micro? I'm thinking less expensive since it's not a multi role device yet still have the same fov & image quality.
