whats wrong with this coyote( more pics)

just thought i would let you all see and take a guess to whats wrong with him. i killed this coyote friday and noticed he didnt look right, not only is it on his lips but all over the inside of his mouth, plus he's got extra long hair on his face and on his legs. my first thought was porcupine quills but thats not it, when the biologist tells me what it is i'll let you know, just thought it would be fun to guess

he also had a toe on his left front foot that was messed up, it was about twice as big as it should have been, but didnt look like a trapped toe

yes jm he had two big knots on the top of his nose, they werent coming out of his nose just off the top of it.
