I don't trust the AG at all. She has a track record of being a gun grabber in FL. I never take what politicians say at face value because their actions when they think people aren't looking are what count most IMO. Politicians alomst always lie about what they are actually up to. They'll tell the public one thing and then go do the exact opposite when they think people aren't looking.
I believe it was U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz of FL who addressed the red flag law issue going on in the state of FL in a committee hearing where more than 10,000 people had their firearms taken away last year without any due-process...they weren't charged with any crimes or any wrong doing, just had their firearms confiscated by the government there by way of the red flag law.
Pam Boni the current AG was a big supporter of the red flag law in FL when she was the state AG there. Since she was supportive of violating the constitutional rights of the people there, she would certainly not mind violating peoples rights from Washington DC. IMO
Red flag laws are not about safety. Red flag laws are about the initiation of gun confiscation in the USA because that is exactly how red flag laws will be used at some point down the road in the future when the left gets power again. It's already going on in FL with a majority of Republicans in their state legislature there.
Kash Patel is probaby better than any other generic career LEO or another obvious democrat commie crook though. Hopefully he turns out to be 100% progun and holds some deep state crooks and thugs accountable. I won't hold my breath though.

Another thing I wanted to add is that when thes types of laws are passed they are usually expanded on in the future. Again, the red flag laws are the vehicle to full on gun confiscation by the left.

Yes, her record is a mixed bag on the 2nd. But so far her actions as AG are spot on
