Video posting instructions?

Trying to remember how to post videos.
I had it figured out on the old website but it's not working for me now?

Copy the URL of the website where you post the video (youtube, rumble, vimeo). Then go to the icon for media that looks like two pictures together on PM. The one located between the smiley face and the quotation marks and click to open it. Paste the URL in that box. Then all you have to do is click post.
