There is no due process with red flag laws which is the point of red flag laws. Red flag laws need to be ruled illegal and unConstitutional entirely.
 
they have to do something with a verified nut job making threats besides letting them remain free. the police in minnesota are refusing to arrest a mans neighbor for shooting him while trimming a tree...their excuse ?

the probability of a confrontation is extremely high....thats right, thats why they arent going to the door to talk to and arrest the shooter.

If that's the case, the problem must be with the leadership in the PD and the DA's office there. Are the DA and Police Chief/Sheriff leftists?

They can't make an arrest becuase it's too dangerous since they don't have red flag laws, but red flag laws would make it safer to arrest the guy?

That doesn't make sense...

Sounds like you either need a new Sheriff and DA or it was legal self defense...

I looked into it a little closer and it sounds like the authorities there are leftists who aren't doing anything about it in order to get people riled up for politcal agendas...

the guy was trimming a tree, no self defense claim can be made.
 
yeah...the shooter was also wanted on two other warrants that law enforcement failed to serve. if they would have manned up and grabbed the guy, this never would have happened.

i dont have an answer.

There is more to being a parent than providing food, shelter, and clothing. Parents no longer take an active roll in raising their children for the most part.
 
It's actually laughable that anyone will vote for Kamala. There isn't one conservative politician in America who isn't 100x more qualified than her. Even amongst the Democrats you'd have to look long and far to find someone who isn't as
dumb. She's at the same level as Maxine Waters and AOC. Completely vacant.

Just conversation and questions without the one sided liberal bullshit. Trump just able to speak and not defend/deflect. Worth a listen.
