My son was looking for a doe or management buck for the freezer, but had not had a chance to check his rifle which had flown since he last shot it. We went ranch range, put up a target and put the bags on the bench. I was spotting w/binoculars. His rifle was a bit low, but at the shot, this buck stepped out from behind the backstop looking toward the shooting bench to see what all the racket was.
I said, close enough, he's yours if you want him.
