That reminds me of the time my wife held our cat in a thick towel so I could give it meds orally…the cat shredded her nice towel and cut her back up pretty good once it escaped. The bad thing was, she’d been declawed!!

We tried the same thing with a male cat once, wrapped it in a towel as tight as we could and tried to band it. We live on a farm, how hard could it be to put a band on a male cat? We got the job done but he tore the crap out of my hands and arms. Needless to say, every cat since than has been taken to a vet to get the job done
