XCaliber silencers.
I needed a barrel extension for a 9mm AR upper in order to run my silencer because it won't fit inside my handguard. My glock aftermarket barrel is 1/2x28 as is my can so I assumed the AR barrel would be the same, so I ordered a 1/2x28 to 1/2x28 and 1.5" long.
When the part arrived I went to install it and it would only screw on by hand about 1.5 turns. I checked the male end with the linear comp that came off the barrel and sure enough it's the wrong pitch. After some research, I found that my barrel is 1/2x36. I emailed the company last Friday evening.
I hadn't heard back from them monday and checked their website and noticed they were closed on Mondays. Figured I'd give them a call tomorrow if I didn't hear back from them today. At 0730 this morning I get a phone call from them telling me they have what I need. The price was a little more than the other part but don't worry about it, it's easier just to do a straight trade. On top of that, they will enclose a return lable to send back the one I ORDERED INCORRECTLY, on their dime once I get the new part.

Phone call response to an email, paid return shipping, don't worry about the price difference? HOW'S THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unheard of nowadays!

Sorry for the long winded post. Just needed to shout out a great company with great customer service.
