Oh i am far from silent but I think the residents of NY need to take some action for themselves. I never voted the commies into office. im sure you guys never either but your state as a whole did, that should speak volumes about your neighbors. (mainly, they do not want you, the gun owner, there)
Think what you want of me, Im a big boy and crawled out from under mammas skirt yrs ago. At this point i dont think you have any other option but to leave russia if you want to remain a hunter/shooter they have no intention on overturning the safe act, my prediction = they will only flex more muscle.
besides why do you want to keep paying taxes to a gov't that corrupt?? I can and do understand people being hesitant to move on and leave the place they call home but seriously what other choice do you have?? I think your best bet at combating the safe act is to pack up and move to a more friendly state. if enough people left it might just send the message that people will not tolerate this BS, instead more and more people over there WILL fold and give up their 2nd amendment rights simply because they think they have to and are not willing to do anything about it. Im sorry you feel that im abandoning you but it is the residents of that state that let this happen. We have dems in office here too but they sure as [beeep] know their place when it comes to 2nd amendment rights, the vast majority of our residents will have none of it. your neighbors must not feel the same way.
thats just my opinion, yours will vary. I can tell you with great certainty there are plenty of friendly states out there that would like nothing more than to have some good old fashion, hard working, god fearing patriots come and work in that state.
