Crow calling sounds pretty awesome. I took my daughter at age 5 or 6 coon calling a few years back and we literally bout got ran over by 2 coon and that was enough for her ( first time out and we had the call to close O'dear God keep some distance between you and the call because they bout ran in my lap). Not sure who was scared more....me or her. That's an experience you should try, calling coon with an E-caller during the day it's a rush cause it's happens so fast. So all Ohio roll call readers... 10-4 over-and-out for the fine Monday evening!

Picked up my first electronic caller today looking forward trying it out on the neighborhood raccoons. I'm tired of them getting in my garbage on trash day. Caller and sling shot or crossbow in my backyard lol!!

Havent been hunting any this year. A few friends have been hammering the turkeys. None have called coyotes into their turkey set-ups this year. Usually a couple each year. A guy at work did call and slam a big old tom this year with the first turkey call I ever made. That is pretty cool to me. No pics though. Folks are getting into the mushrooms now.

I've seen people with big bags full of black mushrooms. I personally have not been out. Looks like I may get rained out this week since they are calling for some pretty good rains Mon-Thurs if I do I'll prolly go call some yotes and hunt some mushrooms.

Still no turkeys yet can't believe it we always at least have one each buy know we hunt every morning and have only seen maybe 3 toms and they are way away. The winter most have hurt the turkey Hurd here.

Hey all, glad to hear some are having a great time hunting.

Dusty, that's pretty cool your turkey call worked and pulled one in.
