Carl Edwards has a tire get away and no penilty.. They want him to win, Jr and Jeffy Boy.

I was a waste for me to watch. I will not watch any more.

They are able to control who wins with favourizm.

Racing or NAscar has gotten to big for its own good. I know when they got rid of the Rock....It was time to leave NASCAR.


Thanks Just venting....Does anyone know why Carl "FLIPPY" was not held a lap for the lost tire rollling down pit lane?
 
Sir, you should get/have all the facts before you go bashing Nascar...or ANY organization for that matter.

Edwards wasn't penalized because a cameraman got in the way of the crew member responsible for the tire retrieval, and prevented him from getting to the tire. Nascar reviewed a tape replay immediately after the incident and came to the conclusion that the cameraman was the cause of the incident. Even the television play-by-play guys said that the crew member wasn't at fault.

To accuse Nascar of showing favoritism towards any team or driver is absurd. There is simply too much money at stake for the teams to tolerate any such behavior. I can assure you that if ANY decision were made that obviously was in the interest of deciding the outcome of the race or points standings, not one team owner would stand for it.

Did you even watch the race? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif They replayed the incident and discussed it several times immediately after it happened.
 
I had to leave and did not see or hear, what happened, I wanted to get the information.


I will say if you think that NASCAR is fair I have a bridge I will sell you. There is favoritizm and that is my opinion. I am just saying it has gotten the big $$$ and flips sell TV deals.

What about Mark Martin being 1/8" short on suspension at Watkins Glen. He lost a ton of points and fined.......Dale Earnheart Sr....cried and he got his way.

It might have been Daytona......Also look they left Sr win the Daytona 500 under a 20 lap caution. It is fixed my opinion.
 
FLIPPYS car didnt even pass post race inspection,think they will take the win away from their favorite "cousin"?Hell no.They confiscate his car though so maybe they will take enough points away to make him wish they had.Another race winner gets caught cheating,they never take the win away.
 
They do occasionally rig a race but I've NEVER seen them rig one for a Roush driver. Edwards' "violation" was technical in nature and did not give him a competitive advantage. He will lose points for it. They should take points from Fairy Boy for driving like an idiot and wrecking the 17 car.
 
I keep hoping one of these days he'll catch a toe and bellyflop in front of 200,000 people. Otherwise any day I get to watch both the 20 and the 24 end up in the wall is a good day.

Flippy gets to do what ever he wants.....heck he could of put special dope in his cars oil tank to cool it better. It is a JOKE. NASCAR should change it to WWFCAR then people would know it is real!!! HULK HOGAN RULES!!

It is better to fish and hunt than waste time watching NASCAR.

I think you got it right there.

NASCAR is the only sport I will watch. I likeit because you can't buy the best team and there are 43 teams competing at one time.

I also work as a medic for Richmond International Raceway and most of the drivers are really good guys.
 
What is an "oil box"? I think that is what was loose on the guys car.
I dont watch and know nothing about Nascar. be gentle.
