Master reloaders, HELP!

W231 is an odd choice for loading the 10mm. I think you said the gun does this with factory ammo as well as your hand loads, right?
I used 231 because I had some I wanted to use up. I know it's not optimal. I'm a 1 and done kind of guy and have switched pretty much all pistol rounds over to tightgroup for plinking ammo. Just wanted to use up the 231.

If I recall it did this with factory ammo but am going to verify.

Oal has been shortened to 1.240 since the tag was made in hopes of fixing the feeding issue. It didn't fix it.

Somewhat of an up date. Took a box of factory ammo to run through it today. This is small pistol primer ammo where my reloads were large. Loaded a mag 3 time with 15 round each. First 30 ran flawless. Next 15 i had 4 jam . The rest fired no problem.
Went to put the last 5 into my magazine and noticed a slight problem. See if you can spot what it might be.

Wondering if the failure to fires on the reloads are due to the anvil portion of large pistol primers being configured different due to size could have caused the firing problem?
Regardless, it's being sent back to RIA to be looked at.

I take it the five had been cycled and jammed (the ones pictured w/bullets pushed in). They didn't come out of the box that way, did they?

That is messed up. I would ask for a replacement gun or a new top-end.
Me, too.

Maybe. And actually the 4 jams were on the 3rd mag loading not that it matters.
New gun, has had feeding issues from the get go. Website says allow 500 rounds for break in before seeking repairs. I've sent it back with maybe 200 rounds through it. I can't hardly get through a single magazine without an issue of one kind or another.

No point in that as most of it has been shot up and the store won't do anything anyways.

I did contact Blazer and sent them the pics along with lot number.

I meant the manufacturer of the ammo. They need to know they have a bad lot of ammo. Plus, they should replace that for you at their cost.
