Iray repair problems

What groups do you get with same rifle/ammo and traditional scope(same rest)? Target and sun position during day can be critical for zeroing thermals. I see a lot of shooters in the fall, happy with 4" groups at 100 yard.
Same rifle, same reloads 1hole at 50 yards. I will not keep a rifle that shoots more than 1/2 inch at 100 yards.

I cant complain about irays products or customer service, when ive called them they have either answered the phone right away or returned my call very promptly and i didn't even leave a voice mail..My rh50r has never had a poi shift in the 1 yr that I've had it, however I did have to send it back for repair once to replace the zoom encoder(zoom jumping around) and from the time it was delivered to iray it was shipped back out 3 days later

I have a th50c, been a good scope. No real issues. Had a tl35 bolt took 3 trips to iray before the replaced it over a 2-3mo period. Got a new tube 35, wouldn't record, they sent me a new one, also wouldn't record, but they did send new one. Had 2 rico grn 1 640s, neither would hold zero. One was subtle shift, one was real bad, like 6in. I also have 2x GL35s shutter sticks once in a while but hard reset fixes it, good scopes overall. I have another TL35 , been ok. The rangfinders are garbage. CS will fight you depending on what it is, but in my experience they will take care of you in the end , it may be painful. Personally, ive had enough with this particular company but experience hasn't been all bad. Mostly the LRFs piss me off. Rix lrf works so much better

Monday will be my last contact with them when I send this target. I sent this same scope to them last year they said it was fine they could not find any problem with it. Will be interesting to see if they respond.

Range time with the Bolt TX60 and ADM mount. Looks OK so far. Some factory 150 corelok and my 168 Amax/110 vamax reloads. Differences in POI were acceptable.

If you want to go with a larger test sample, I've ran 3 RH50 MK1s hard for 2 years with zero issues on any of them, We've ran 3 RH25's for 3 years harder than I'd bet most do, with zero issues. Now we are running the RH25 V2's been over 6 months with no issues.
Hybrid 50 and 75 haven't had any issues. Been using the 3 RS75s for the past 3 years... Only issue I've had was when mine tipped over on the tripod from standing position onto frozen ground, the fall was not broken, it hit direct. Bell was slightly bent, luckily Germanium wasn't harmed. Killed 3 Coyotes 30 minutes later. Still verified zero at home after the fact. Shifted 1" left.
I've also ran the older and newer MH25, RH50R, Nocpix ACE H50R, The whole Trijicon line up, a few Oasys units, A lot of Pulsar, some Eotech, more than a few N-Vision, have one of the only FLIR breach units with the BOSON when I did some stuff with one of their engineers, used the old old FLIR RS64, and PTS736 and 536. Armasite, before, and some AGM's now.
I'm missing some, but I've actually had really good luck with everything I've used. Granted some have been ran A LOT harder than others, so a guy needs to factor that in as well.

So what you are saying is. . . you've seen a few things, and you've run a few things hard over a long period of time. Did I get that right? ;)

Kidding aside, I had a tripod that I couldn't tell at the time was cross legged and after I set it up and started scanning I heard the dredded crash. It was a nasty sound. It hit on the objective, and the very cool magnetic closing lens cover doesn't quite work now. In spite of that, the RS75 killed multiple coyotes that night with no adjustments.

Just sendit.
