I’m 55 and have an incredibly broad musical taste. Grew up on my parents love of old country, then I started stealing my older siblings progressive rock albums when they weren’t looking. Got really into Metal in Jr High and high school. Grew to dislike New Country as its mostly pop crap but really like a lot of the Americana stuff Truth is I can take just about anything without complaining much. Well, except Rap, but even that I find some of Eminem’s stuff kind of entertaining.I don't think y'all want me to put mine on here. My favorite video is Lynyrd Skynyrd - Freebird live in Oakland California I believe 1977. I am started to crowd 60 years old here and I have to admit, I'm kind of a metal head/ hardcore music guy. I Love Parkway Drive,Slipknot, falling in reverse, Disturbed, Killswitch Engage, Five Finger Death Punch etc. keeps my mind working.
It’s funny at work… My shop is the first room most walk through when they arrive for the work day. The looks on their faces sometimes is incredible. It can be Miles Davis one day, Tyler Childers the next and perhaps Opeth or Mastadon the next! Sticking with the classics though I love The Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd, The Who, Jethro Tull and I’m a huge Metallica fan.
