I'm loving the image in this thing, the rangefinder works well in open fields like this. When you have a critter around brush, or in the background just above some closer vegetation, it isn't pinpoint enough to get over the closer obstruction. Seems to have a very tall beam. TBH, I'm not sure I killed this coyote as we both shot at it and my shot doesn't look on.

First Nocpix review, how do you like it? Pic looks good, I have no use for the LRF or ballistic retical. That the 640 or 1280?

640, loving it so far. Definitely a big step up from the super Hogster. It's very simple to use imo and I ran it with gloves without much issue. The 3 buttons on the ocular lens aren't bad to find once you figure out the layout. Playing with both zooms can get you a usable image for shooting out to 500 or so. I need to get my dope tested out and go from there.
