Ken, to posts vids you need to use a third party such as youtube, then post the vid from there. I use a video editor called 'clipchamp' (windows) and learned how from a 31+minute long tutorial on youtube by a guy called teachers tech.
You start a youtube channel of your own. After editing and posting the vid to it you can attach it to your post on PM.
I texted Kieth a copy of my 'crib sheet' on doing this a while ago if he still has it. Mike
