Effective range with 10GA

I'm looking at a Browning 10GA autoloader for duck and turkey hunting. While I'm at it I might as well think about using it for some coyote hunting as well. How far out is it effective? Also, how expensive is it to shoot /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif ?
I love my browning gold deer turkey goose duck coyote it goes to 80 yards slugs 100 but in a 6 inch circle not an exact but thru and thru on turkeys at 60y with #5 double x winchester and with confidence I upgraded my sights tru glow turkey fibre optic it’s a fantastic hunting tool please try it you will love it I’m 5’7 220 pounds but my wife is 5’3 120 pounds she shoots it every now and again to awesome versatile weapon

Old post but still a viable subject.

TSS has changed the whole scene on predator shotguns. A 20ga can now be a lethal predator hunting shotgun. Because of the advancements in shotgun ammo nobody is even making a new 10ga.

I do have a 10ga but mine dates to when they were still built to be upland bird gun also.

Haha, I shot one once and decided there’s not a duck, turkey, or deer that’s worth that kind of punishment!!
And yes, went to a 20ga about 10yrs ago and haven’t looked back. We were rolling TSS before it ever became mainstream and I’ll put my 20ga up against any 10ga out there on pellets in a 20” circle at 40yds any day. No 10” circle, I get almost hyperventilating with a gobbler, I need a larger pattern, lol!!!
