I think more to it than uncle Joe was willing to share, Trump now wants Iron dome for country. Joe wasn't allowing some of the intelligence reports released to Trump after the election, he didn't get to see most until sworn in. Maybe Donald just doesn't want China flying over the country and our military infrastructure. Unlike sell out joe/dems.
