Call remote mount for tripod

I took one of the foam rubber koozies for pop/beer cans, zip tied it to one of my tripod legs. Drop my TX1000 in upside down, antenna sticks down thru opening in koozie. Hides the glow from the screen, I can still operate the mute, volume, previous sound buttons without pulling it out.

I used to do that for a long time, I would just set-up, and just toss my Remote into the tripod basket right there in front of me . I also used to just have a Velcro/stick connect to Tripod i made, and that is OK also.
Nothing is Perfect, and there plus/negatives to every avenue for those keeping the Remotes right there User Friendly Quick-grab/discard, stealthy, secure .. 'tripod Basket' is 'KISS' and does work pretty Good and handy, I still keep a basket for tossing gear in on a stand, but I went back to my old Chest Rig, and overall, the simplicity of just having everything that is used most often right there close at your fingertips.

( for me ) I do a Remote Carry Pouch that I designed, tailored fit just for the FP tx1000 and LD3X remote. I just slide it out with control facing me, keeps the glow inward and close easy see, then just let it drop right back into the pouch. it also lanyard tied so remote wont take a ground hit if you just drop . My dog hunt buddy uses a Hill People chest pack, and I just sew/modified a connect to it also for just using a remote carry pouch also.
