I'm thinking of making a purchase on some new sticks.I've read the reviews on both products and noticed that durability seems to be an issue with trigger sticks. Can anyone please accuratly comment on their expirence with these products? As always your input is greatly appreciated.

PS was not sure to post in hunting or firearms.

I love my Bog Pod Sportsman bipod. Perfect height for sitting/kneeling. The U-shaped yoke fits AR handguards better than the V-shape on the Trigger Sticks. It's only $40, but I got mine half off at Cabelas so for $20 it can't be beat.

I have not found that durability is an issue with Trigger Sticks. I'm on my 6th or 7th season with one of mine, we have two tall monopods, a short mono, a tall bipod, and a tripod, they're solid.

I have a Bog Tac too, it's more set up, but it's a great product too. The speed of set up is what I prefer in the Trigger Sticks.

After trying several I have settled on the Bog Pod CLD-3S. For my style of hunting it is the best compromise of size and stability. A friend uses the trigger sticks and likes them for his style of hunting. YMMV

I use the bog pod sticks and haven't had any issues except needing to tighten down the screws once. I use the rld2 version, I have them set up so I can use them kneeling of extend the legs to stand

I have the tripod trigger stick. I keep my rifle strapped with 2 rubber straps and it keeps everything nice and solid for me.

Same here....I've had mine for at least 5 seasons and they've held up fine. I like the fast setup and they get the job done.

Bipod Trigger sticks here too. 5 seasons on my tall set & they still work like new. I liked them so much I went & bought the short set and a buddy of mine bought the tall ones after using mine.

My experience has been different than most here with trigger sticks. I have the tripod, the legs stick when have to adjust up.
A Lil silicone spray fixes the problem. I like the easy adjustment of the trigger sticks when they work, bUT I'm caring bogpog sticks now.

Thanks again for all the feedback! I went with bogpod rld2 for several reasons. One has to do with the feedback in here, the other was price, and last it appears that there has been some preference to leg securing mechanism being better on the rld2 vs cld2.

Happy hunting!
