What the good professor is missing is that, yes, the federal government has the right to enforce the border, what he is missing is the fact that the federal government also has the responsibility to protect the states from an invasion which this administration is not willing to do.

Again, what Mr. Espinosa is missing is, it is the federal government's responsibility secure the border, which they are abdicating and interfering with the state rights to do so. As for the bill in congress, the president has decided that he can indeed, do something about controlling the border (as the polls indicate his popularity is tanking in this regard and the '24 elections are drawing near) and has signed an executive order which would close the border "when the average daily crossing of illegals reaches 2,500". Border crossings have already exceeded that figure when the EO was signed and continues to date. (Just for the record, 2500 daily illegal crossings = 900,000 crossings per year and that does not count the "gotaways" who manage to avoid detection completely).

The States have the Power to Protect their Borders
Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens pouring into California every year triggers several of these provisions and is nothing short of a human invasion. Thus, a governor has the statutory authority to use the militia to protect California’s border and stop the flow of illegal aliens. Arizona, New Mexico and Texas have similar provisions in their laws.
If you have ever watched a documentary on legal immigrants entering the country through Ellis Island you saw they were screened for any diseases. Thus, the States could employ this same standard under their police powers to protect its citizens from any potential diseases. Since the general power of protecting the health, safety and welfare of the people was reserved to the States, the federal government lacks the constitutional authority to prevent the States from performing this function.


In addition, a governor could send the State militia to the border to protect property. Other than federal land, where the States have no jurisdiction, all the property belongs to private citizens or the individual States. The federal government has no general constitutional authority over this land. It is well documented that illegal aliens are trespassing and vandalizing property during their trip north. Thus, a governor could mobilize the State militia to protect State land and private property.


California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas have the power, unrestrained by the Constitution for the United States of America or any law passed by Congress, to use the militia to protect their citizens and borders from the human invasion flowing north. In fact, the individual States, when “actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit delay,” have the constitutional authority, independent of the federal government, to engage in war when necessary. The governors of these States should assert their authority and inform the clowns in Washington D.C. and Mexico City that they have scraped plans to build a border fence because the militias are being mobilized to perform that function and we double dog dare you to try and stop us.​


Note If you read the Naturalization Acts of 1790 & 1795 [naturalization laws 1790-1795], which were the first two Naturalization Acts passed by Congress after the Constitution was ratified, you will note that they are not called Immigration Acts. In fact, the word immigration does not appear in either Act. These Acts negate the assertion that the Constitution made the so-called immigration process an exclusive federal function because individuals wishing to become citizens could do so through the States and their courts.

Evidence Is Mounting That Biden’s Executive Order Isn’t Stopping Illegal Immigrants From Flooding Over Border

Biden’s executive order on the U.S.-Mexico border, which officially went into effect last Wednesday, pauses new asylum requests once the number of average border encounters exceeds 2,500 a day over a week-long time period, resuming when the seven-day daily average drops to 1,500. However, there are no signs so far that the order is stemming the tide of foreign nationals crossing the border between ports of entry.


There were nearly 4,000 migrants apprehended on Wednesday, the first full day of Biden’s order went into effect, according to data obtained by NewsNation. Similar numbers were reported for the following days that week with encounters spiking to 10,000 on Saturday, NewsNation reported, further indicating that Biden’s order has done little to decrease the number of migrants from crossing illegally through the U.S.-Mexico border.

Actually she set up the air flights to bypass the nasty trail. And has gone to mexico several times to facilitate the mobs. Wray has no clue, but it doesn't matter - bullet or shrapnel, still a fail.

Biden said he's ONLY going to tax the rich who are making over a certain amount of money, that's a LIE because they are talking about taxing "UNREALIZED capital gains" and raising the maximum capital gains tax for everyone, not just the rich, and that's only one of many! :mad:

Those found to have criminal record or to be gang members are smuggled across separately.
