Zeiss Problem

So I just received a new Zeiss HD5 2-10X42 from Zeiss today as a warranty replacement.
When it is on 2 power, the center of the image in the crosshairs looks fine but every thing else in the field of view is rounded.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Is something wrong with the scope?

I sure wouldn't think any distorted view would be considered normal, but I don't have that scope. I do have the HD5 5-25 and I can check it at 5 and see. I don't think I've ever had it dialed down but I really love that scope. It too was a warranty replacement. Huge improvement over the glass in my Conquest 6.5-20.
