I have only hunted deer on our farm in MO. Someday I may have to try to make it to Texas. I have two boys, 13 and 16, and they are super good shots with bow and rifle. They outscore about 97% of the men in the 3D archery shoots. Several times they have won the men's categories.
I am getting close to retirement from teaching(33 years), so any year I can pull the plug. Then I will have the time to hunt some other places, just hope we can scrounge up the money.
