Probably riding bareback with Keith out on the range
Dang, when the wife and i made our first trip to yellowstone this year. we stopped at Wall, SD. during a text message back home to my friend i realized i was about 90 minutes away from the ranch. i called and wanted to stop to say hello and get a couple signed T-shirts, but they didnt have the stuff at the ranch.
i was going to ask if i could stop in for a tour and see the famous place but i also know how busy a small farm is and realized how busy these fellas must be.
they dont need to be bothered by a tourist
great videos guys
Do you guys guide elk hunts? No!!!
I'm still here fellas... I honestly do check in here almost everyday just to look at the Mod forum and see if there is anything new to address. Been busy guys, 6 kids all in sports and I train them all, what a BLAST!
It is Elk Season, only one Bull so far and a handfull of Cows. Just got our smaller bunch of 250hd weaned Friday, and our Dryland Corn done today. Hope to get our irrigated moving next week and our big bunch weaned early so we can start the content creation, which I should be pushing all year.
It's always the same story every year, seems like I can get organized and in control and na, it just seems to compound, but in a fun way. The channel is growing, the people I am blessed and fortunate to work with are getting us super secret squirrel $hi* to use, and I'm going to tell you... LOT'S to be looking forward to in the industry we are in!
I'm also working on a Patreon channel to put raw minimally edited footage of projects and day to day happenings up for people who want to see more. As well as in depth training and one on one engagement.
Still no place like here though fellas, great group of guys we have!
Yes sir, but you have to have an instate residence.Do you guys guide elk hunts?
That’s what I was figuring. I looked into maybe SD as a closer option in the future but it looked tough as a NR.Yes sir, but you have to have an instate residence.
Correct, from their web page:I don't think NRs can get a SD elk tag at all. Even for residents it takes like 15+ years to draw. There's a lot of elk in them thar hills though. Nice bulls too.
Can always "buy" a tribal tag, but you gotta be ready to pay for it.I don't think NRs can get a SD elk tag at all. Even for residents it takes like 15+ years to draw. There's a lot of elk in them thar hills though. Nice bulls too.
