What’s your sound of the season?

Every season that goes by I feel like there is a different sound that really gets things done for me. Two seasons ago it was baby porcupine, last year it was sister pair howl or pound town, this year it was nutty nuthatch.

It got me curious, what has been your sound of the season?
 
This year being my first season with an electronic caller I had sounds available to me I never had when I was hunting coyotes back years ago so I did a lot of experimenting. The sound that got the most consistent triggers was a Coyote pair howl.
 
I’ve got a fairly diverse library but my top 5 this year would have to be:

Pound town, C’mere lonely howls, extreme violence, pup distress, and mfk fight challenge.
 
Early season, October early November was MFK Goody Woody on the distress side. MFK Boo Roo Pair as a solid "Get a response" call for vocals. Had a monster gap this season with the weather and just now getting back out there. MFK Roo excited female followed up with Bustin Fur Audio vocals have been doing great. Koda Beans Duo and BT Combo have gotten responses/call ins. MFK Goody Woody followed by MFK Brown Thrasher has been killer in both early and late season.

Can never count out anything else though. Gotta keep casting until you get a hit. Never underestimate the calling power of Foxpro Pup 3 or MFK Boone 16 week for a pup distress.
