What to do?

So for Christmas, the wife have me a sportsmans warehouse gift card for $350. Her reasoning, and I know she meant well, was i saw a knife in the case once that I said I liked but not for $350. I don't even remember what knife it was. I'd never spend that on a knife because I'd never use it in fear of ruining it (because I can't sharpen worth a shit). It would just sit in a drawer.
Now the dilemma. Sportsmans has nothing that I'd want, especially in that price range. The stuff I need they don't carry. Can't cash it in. So WTF do I do with this gift card?
Anyone want to swap me for 2 of these?
Trijicon GL201-C-600649 Bright & Tough Night Sight Suppressor Set, Glock 17-39 Models, White Front/ White Rear with Green Lamps https://a.co/d/5i6Wpvd

I'm pretty good on just about everything else. Just got a pistol suppressor so the sights are just about all I need. Not even much in the way of wants at that store without throwing a lot of cash with it and that's out of the question since I just quit my retirement job.

Maybe a really good knife sharpener? 2 from Worksharp that I really like are the Ken Onion Elite with belt grinder attachment and the Professional Precision Adjust

I have the KO system. Bit of a learning curve but I make some damned sharp knives with it.

I had the original Precision Adjust, liked it but when I bought the KO I have it to my son. Then they came out with the Professional version which addresses several issues from the first one. I like the KO but I also have some knives that I'd rather do manually & plan to buy the Professional PA for those. It's a really simple tool to use & IMHO pretty hard to screw up with

Both have an MSRP of $299 & often sell for $249

The KO uses belts. One size for the main unit, a different size for the BGA. You could buy extra belts to use up the balance

I gave the KO to my grandson one year for Christmas. I've seen him eat away several blades with that thing. Obviously operator error on his part. Just scares the bageeses out of me on any of my descent knives.
I use a lansky and screw them up bad enough with that.

He should use cheap knives that don't matter to learn on. There are a ton of youtube videos that teach how to use it & what to not do

Same for the PA
