we have to fill out paperwork, submit photos and fingerprints for a metal tube that is basically useless unless we smack someone with it .
BUT, we can walk into a store buy a gun and all the ammo we can carry in under an hour....Hmmmm
i dont think we should use that argument, it can back fire on us in a huge way. the Government should be made to obey the constitution.
i still dont know how illinois makes people get a firearm owner ID card before buying a gun or why we need a permit to carry concealed.....both of these are unconstitutional.
