warm weather bobcat, predator & hogs

Hi everyone. My nephew and I are planning a hunt for mainly bobcats, but we want to find somewhere that is warm or semi-warm. We are in Williamsport, PA, and as of right now, are willing to travel south or southwest. Anyhow, I'm curious to know if anyone can advise the state where we might have a better chance of being successful. Any guide, outfitter referrals, anyone done this type of hunt before? Coyotes and hogs would be a bonus.

if you want to head south, look at red bluff lodge in allendale south carolina. they hunt deer, hogs, and gator all in the same week in the fall.

my son shot a 10 foot gator at night, from a boat, with a bow. we have also taken several deer, but have not hunted hogs, but they have plenty :)
