pregnant illegals have been rushing to the border for decades in order to gain citizenship for their newborn. The children then become what has come to be known as "anchor babies". Then the bleeding hearts cry when, according to law, the illegal parents have to be deported, thus separating the family. This provision actually encourages illegal immigrants to the tune of

it needs to be done. i hope he gets it done. or at the least, if the babies parents are here illegally then it doesnt apply to that child.
