Took the tourer T20 for its final hunt tonight

Took the Tourer T20 for its final walk on top of my .204 tonight and 5 minutes in this guy popped out in the corner of the field and sat down at 285 yards. He started down the fence row to try and get my wind and he stopped at 260 and I let the .204 with the home loaded a 45 grain soft point eat.DRT. I can never remember to bump that record button forgetting the .204 doesn't have enough recoil to trigger the recording but oh well.he got a ride in the truck anyway.Long drag through some deep drifts but well worth the work out and as I was dragging him to the truck a group fired up next block over and I made a few moves on them with no luck. Maybe tomorrow.

Awesome! Those 45 gr shot great from my 204’s when Hornady was factory loading them. Solid performance on coyotes too.

Is it the Tourer’s final hunt because you upgraded? Or are you done calling coyotes for the year?

My new scope is a RIX storm S6 I'm just waiting for my bracket to come today so I can get it mounted. I'll hunt through March pretty hard because I have a lot farmers that count on me during their calving season here then I'll slow down quite a bit after that.
