I have a Thermion 2 XG50 LRF. One time I noticed that the external battery pack I use wasn't charging the scope and the scope wouldn't charge with the Pulsar supplied charger either. I contacted my dealer and they told me that they had heard of this happening on occasion and the recommended fix is to do as El Jefe suggested above and turn the scope on, hold the power button down until it powers off and back on. This fixed my issue and I believe a subsequent firmware update corrected this from happening again. I did take a screen shot of my XY zero coordinates before I tried this just in case but the scope kept my XY zero coordinates so it was a non issue. I haven't run into any clarity issues though. Will the scope need to be zeroed after the reset ?
