Sweet potatoes

Been searching for some better sweet potatoes recipe and luckily I came to the right place (predatormasters) 😃 and got some ideas from AWS. I’ve tried 3 different ways in the last couple days

1) fried with butter, salt, and pepper like normal spuds. I was going to put peppers and onions too but I forgot to buy peppers and my daughter said no onions please. These were surprisingly excellent thumbs up

#2) fried in butter sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. I stumbled on this on YouTube looking up chipped sweet potatoes. I will never make this recipe again. Tasted like fried carrots with sugar and cinnamon

#3 baked and loaded like a regular potato. Also very very good. I’ll never be afraid to treat a sweet potato like a regular potato again

If you guys have any sweet potato recipes please post! They’re a pretty healthy food if a guy can figure out how to make it taste good
