I've been trying to get this into use on my Thermion XQ50 pro LRF. I'm trying to get the grey range box to not stay on the screen after ranging a target but the option to turn this off is not on the scope menu. Anyone familiar with getting the ballistics profile put into the scope?
Anyone had the same issue where the setting to not display the range is missing from the LRF menu in the scope?
 
Thanks but two things I notice. On my scope LRF menu i do not have that show range option. Also, I noticed the ballistics crosshair doesn't seem to move when I range various items in the field. Anyone else had this issue? I'm using app v1.3.16
 
I would first make sure the scope software is updated to the latest available version if it isn’t already. Check for updates on the StreamVisionBallistics app too. Try to upload your ballistic profile again. If you’re still having issues then if you could connect to StreamVision and take some screenshots from your phone and post I might be able to see what’s happening, be more able to help. Feel free to pm me and we could always get on a call if needed in the evening.
 
OK, I see the option to turn off the grey range finding tag is in the ballistics submenu. I'll try the ballistics app update next to see if i can get that to work. Thanks.
