Smith needed for precision bolt gun work... Anyone in Minnesota?

I'm looking for recommendations...

I'm in search of a smith to help me take my Rem 700 VLS .243 to that "next level". It will need a action blueprint, a new, faster twist barrel and maybe some stock work. If I find no one local, I have a smith in Colorado I've used on other builds. And GAP is always a great choice.

However... I'd like to stay local to Minnesota if possible. Driving distance from the west metro would be even better!!

What say ye? Is there a precision bolt guy anywhere near me that's worth checking into?

I worked with a guy who had a gun built here. I've no personal experience with them. He likes 700s and McMillans, he can't be all bad.....
