Shout out to FoxPro Customer Service

Bill, my dealings have been positive with FoxPro CS as well. I haven’t had any major issues, and I have been helped directly on the phone and through emails in a positive manner.

I did buy a backup battery pack and car charger combo for my X2s caller. It was over $100 which seems insane, but I felt it was worth having. The charger fell apart the first time I used it. Very low quality car charger They sent me another charger free of charge, no questions asked. Same cheap car charger. I haven’t used it ever, but wouldn’t expect it to last. Point is they made it right with no pushback.
 
Well Bill, no need to be a senior without having a “moment” occasionally🤭. Mine are coming much more frequently these days🙃
