Shout out to FoxPro Customer Service

Folks,
I stopped at the FoxPro booth at the Harrisburg Sport Show and bought a decoy . Paid for it and asked them to hold it till I left-
I left, it stayed-I never went back for it.
Called them on Tuesday and it was on my front step on Yesterday!!
Thats customer service.

Bill, my dealings have been positive with FoxPro CS as well. I haven’t had any major issues, and I have been helped directly on the phone and through emails in a positive manner.

I did buy a backup battery pack and car charger combo for my X2s caller. It was over $100 which seems insane, but I felt it was worth having. The charger fell apart the first time I used it. Very low quality car charger They sent me another charger free of charge, no questions asked. Same cheap car charger. I haven’t used it ever, but wouldn’t expect it to last. Point is they made it right with no pushback.

i broke the antenna on the remote for my foxpro patriot. its out of warranty and i expected to pay. they repaired it free of charge and super fast service.
