Shotgun thermal

Anyone use a thermal scope on shotgun?
I’ve been thinking about giving it a shot.

I’m not thinking it would take the abuse I guess is what I’m asking?

I believe there are a few thermals rated to handle 12 ga. recoil.

Yes, I have a talion XQ38 that I mounted on my 12 gauge for which it is rated. The problem is that I wear glasses and the eye relief isn't that much so when I get close enough to look through scope and shoot the recoil is so great it hits my glasses. I since mounted it on my 223 and back to red dot and red light on my shotgun.

I’m beginning to think that just going back to old school and run a light is probably gonna be my best option also.
