I’m envious of you guys that can use that in your DP’s. Down here ants would make a mound over it before the next check, lol. I can get away with some dry cat food during the really cold time, but it’s corn or peanuts until then. And when it gets really dry, ants will even get the peanuts.
Good luck. In cages down here we’ll use nothing but a store bought egg. Maybe two if we think a fox or cat are around. Caught plenty of Grays and Bobcats with just an egg in the cage.

A week from today we could possibly see the first hard frost of the year. Or at least lows in the lower 30’s.
