I have a Ruger American Gen 2 that is just chewing up brass...using factory ammo. The dents are right around the shoulder. I'll try to post up some pics of the brass when I get a chance. But is anyone else having this issue?
Open the bolt slowly ejecting the brass slowly catching it at the ejection port.
If that solves the problem, you probably need to cut half a coil or more off your ejector plunger spring.
