Posting pictures from Windows 10

I need a step by step tutorial to pull a picture from my photos album and attach to an e-mail. Everybody loves photos and I have several but just can't make it happen.
Remember now, I am old and computer illiterate so I will need to know every single step to get this done. Thanks in advance. Bud:giggle:
 
I'm far from a whiz when it comes to computers, but I can usually stumble around & get it fingered out.

On my desktop, this is what I do:

Once you're in your photos, click on the photo, open it up, right click on the photo, & a bunch of options come up.

Left click on "copy", then go to your email, or your thread here, right click, & more options appear.

Right click on "paste, and the pic should appear.....hopefully....

How's this Alf? I wanted to respond to the thread about various calibers and their effect on predators. Thanks so much as now I can provide pictures of my hunts.
 
Generally speaking, if you can right-click & see a menu that lets you "Copy Image", you can click that & then go where you want it, right-click and then click on "Paste" and it will show up

It can require more of a GIF and some other types & it can depend on the apps involved.
