I had an issue with my NVision Halo X50. I called last Monday and spoke with Chris. He instructed me to send it in for evaluation and repair. The scope is still under warranty. Apparently a board in the scope failed. NVision paid the shipping both ways and had it back to me this Monday, 1 week turnaround and most of that time was shipping. I have to give credit where it is due, they treated me right.
