Looking for help with how to download sounds to my fred elicher single game call from my labtop to the call from the hme website found 34 calls I like and they down loaded good to my computer but won't format and can't figure out how to get them to my call

It says I can download sounds to the call from labtop but it's not working idk if I started it wrong and that's y or what
