Has anyone tried a Mini Wraith Digital NV on a Savage Axis? I have one in 300BO, eyeballing it I think I can just mount the Wraith on the rearmost portion of the full length rail.

When I use my wraith 2-16 on my TC 204R (stock inserts for length of pull) I shorten the stock a 1/2 inch. 3/4 would probably be better, this is winter hunting. Coat/bibs, base layer and shirt.

Thanks! I know it may be a stretch (literally) but lighter/lower/cheaper that way.

I purchased a quick detach mount for mine off Amazon, that helped move it back a bit on the rail also.
