Looking for a new upper

Who makes a complete upper with these specs
High grade barrel, stainless or CM
Medium contour
Twist 12”
Length 18-22”
Threaded for supressor, 1/2” x 28 tpi
 
You will probably need to search AR15 gunsmith, see if there is a "known" smith near you. The barrel will be special order, so wait time could be long.
 
Brownells retro barrel 20" 1/12" twist lightweight barrel assembly is in stock. Faxson, green mt and others make barrels for Brownells. 556 chamber(retro barrel). Supposed to be able to purchase a stripped barrel but couldn't find it on their site, call and ask?
 
I have an 18" WOA 1-12 twist barrel that shoots really well too. It started out as a varmint and the original owner had it turned down to a straight contour .750"
 
WOA made great barrels... they were just sold to a husband and wife team out of AZ... no reason to think the quality of the barrels will differ.
 
What caliber(s)? If you're still looking, fairly recently I got a 204 Ruger complete upper from ar15parts.com. Shaw barrel 20", stainless medium profile,1/12. Very satisfied, super accurate, fit and finish of all parts are top notch. Quick ship also. I was so satisfied with them I just the other day received the 24" Satern 223 Wylde barrel I ordered, but this one is 1/8 and heavy profile. But it shoots even better than the 204. Groups touch at 150yds with 75gr over 22.4 gr of H322. I'm going to use this one from now on for coyotes as this year I had to chase a couple that I hit with the 204.
