Last Night's Quicky

I made four sets last night, with the only action on the third.

Setup was on a north/south fenceline facing east, overlooking a picked corn field.

Breeze was from my left out of the south, blowing to the woods to my right where I expected the action to come from.

25 degrees with 77% humidity, but uglier conditions with the thermals than the specs would suggest.

Started the set with several howls, waited, then into the bunny blues.

This guy showed up in about a minute, nice sized male.

Last year I killed a couple out of that field.

It was a lot easier due to it being a picked bean field, where I could see down into the woods somewhat.

Looking forward to next year for the crop rotation hopefully back to beans.
